Verified by Trustindex These terms and conditions have been written and put in place to help keep costs down for members.
1. Payment. Members are required to pay a fee of £25.00 at the beginning of each month, covering all classes held on either Monday or Thursday during that month. If a month includes more than four Mondays or Thursdays, members will receive additional classes at no extra cost.
2. Attendance. Members are expected to attend all classes for which they have paid. If a member is unable to attend due to illness or other reasons, the fee remains non-refundable.
3. Class Cancellation. The club may cancel classes on bank holidays and during the Christmas / New Year period.
4. Membership Termination. Members must give one month's notice to terminate their membership. The club reserves the right to terminate a member’s membership for failure to comply with these terms.
No refunds will be issued for fees already paid.
5. Changes to Terms and Conditions. The club may update these terms at any time. Members will be notified and are expected to comply with the revised policy.
6. Club Holidays. The club reserves the right to close for up to three Mondays and Thursdays per year for holidays. These closures are planned and will be communicated in advance.
